The Precision Digital PD6604-LNN used in the spill-fill boxes (3/2024) comes factory programed such that 4 to 20 mA reads 0 to 100 gal.
Steps to Troubleshoot
To program the scale on this Precision Digital display • Hit MENU Go to SETUP. • Hit the ENTER (F3) button eleven times (11X) … until the screen displays o SCALE o DISP 2. • Hit ENTER one more time … you should see o DSP2 o +00,100.00 • Hit F1 three times to move the blinking cursor to the 1 in 100 • Hit F2 to change the 1 to a 2 … again to change the 2 to a 3 ... and so on. • Hit F1 to move the blinking cursor to the first 0 in 100. • Hit F2 to change the 0 to a 1. • Hit F1 to move the blinking cursor to the second 0 in 100. • Hit F2 to change the 0 to a 1. • Hit F3 to save and exit. If you need to change where the decimal point in the 100.00 is ... • Go to SETUP o SETUP o INPUT • Hit F1 three times (3X)to get o SETUP o DISPLAY • Hit ENTER (F3) TO GET o DISPLAY o UNITS • Hit F1 TO GET o DISPLAY o DECPT (Decimal Point) • Hit ENTER (F3) and the display will show the number of decimal points, e.g. 22222222, 333333333. • Hit F2 to change the number ... 00000000 thru 77777777. Most probablyy want to choose 00000000 or 11111111.
